This website keeps no accounts, runs no analytics and shows no ads. Here is what personal data I do handle, why, and how you can control it.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Arturo Holgado Cuadrado, entrepreneur individuel (EI), 51 Route de la Corniche, 29200 Brest, France, SIREN 105 303 549. For any question about your data, write to danaace1987@outlook.com.

What data I handle

I only receive personal data when you choose to contact me or work with me:

  • When you get in touch: your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you put in your message or attachments.
  • When we work together: billing and contact details, project messages, and the materials you supply for the job.
  • When you visit the site: the website’s host may record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

The contact page does not send or store anything by itself. It prepares a message in your own email app, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR art. 6)
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quoteSteps taken at your request before a contract
Carrying out and invoicing a projectPerformance of a contract
Keeping accounting and tax recordsLegal obligation
Keeping the website secureLegitimate interest

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 3 years after our last contact.
  • Project files and messages: for the length of the project, then up to 5 years in case of a legal claim.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
  • Server logs: for the period set by the host, normally no more than 12 months.

Who can see it

I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It may be handled by the service providers I need to run the business, and only for that purpose: my email provider, website host, bank or payment provider, accountant, and printers or other suppliers when a job requires them. I also disclose data if the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, including my email provider, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, it relies on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. Write to danaace1987@outlook.com and I will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL: 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

Security

I limit access to your data to what each job needs and use password-protected accounts and devices. Please avoid sending sensitive information by email unless it is needed for your project.

Changes to this policy

If the way I handle data changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
